Every now and then, I stop and ask myself:

"Is my life reflecting back to me everything I feel I deserve?”

Not what I've settled for. Not what’s convenient. But what honors my worth.

Here are some things I do when the answer is flat out NO.

I do a quick inventory of all the major areas of my life and drill down:

  • My health-Am I eating properly or stress eating? Let's call it what it is - emotional eating.

  • My relationships—Are they mutual or one-sided? Draining me? Inspiring me?

  • My habits—Are they building me up or setting me back?

  • My environment—Does it bring me peace or stress?

  • My work—Does it utilize my gifts or just pay the bills?

If something feels off, don’t ignore it. It usually is. Misalignment doesn’t fix itself. What starts out as a small “meh” turns into burnout, bitterness, or numbness over time.

Here's Your Homework (or Bloom Work as I call it):

  1. Pick one area that needs your attention. That has you saying, "I just don't like how this makes me feel. I'm not happy."

  2. Take inventory of things that are weighing you down here or making you feel not so good about yourself. BE HONEST. Because if you can't be honest and vulnerable with yourself ---- we need to start here.

  3. Write down what you do deserve in this area. How do you want this area to feel/look?

  4. Make a micro-plan on what you need to do to feel supported and get this area back to where it needs to be for you. (One small step this week, that's it).

  5. Stick with it. Work your way down the list of steps. Tweak as needed.

  6. Show up for yourself like it matters—because it does.

You are worthy of love that pours back into you --- deep. Work that fuels purpose. Spaces that feel safe. Habits that lift you higher. Every day. Not just some days.

Don’t settle. Don’t snooze on yourself. Because your life is always listening—and it will reflect what you tolerate.

Let it reflect what you deserve. And that is everrryyytthiiinnngggggg.
